The RED HEART Australian Homicide Support Service is a peer-led organisation providing pro bono care, kindness, support and guidance following the loss of a loved one to violence.

The peer support crew have all been impacted by homicide and includes professional trauma therapists. We can provide guidance on navigating the criminal court system, policing services, media, and understanding the coronial processes.
In-person support is available via telephone, face-to-face meetings (where possible) and via a closed Facebook group.
This service is pro bono and staffed by volunteers impacted by homicide.

Below are services provided to those impacted by all forms of violence including coercive control with different funding models and wait times. Unfortunately complex cases are not managed well in free services with limited time to provide support.
